Hello! Welcome to SaGa – the fun karaoke singing app for everyone 6 years and older!

We care a lot about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (almost nothing personal!), how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

What information do we collect?

We try to collect as little information as possible, especially because many users are children.

We do NOT collect personal information like:

• Your real name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Exact location
• Photos of your face (unless you choose to record and save your performance locally on your device only)

What we do collect (automatically and anonymously):

• Device type (like Android version)
• General country/region (very broad – never exact location)
• App usage information (which songs are popular, how long people sing, crashes)

This information helps us make SaGa better and more fun for everyone.

Recordings & Performances

If you record yourself singing, the video/audio stays only on your device unless you choose to share it yourself (for example, save to gallery or share via WhatsApp/Instagram/etc.). We do not upload or store your recordings on our servers.

No account needed

You can use SaGa without creating any account or logging in.

Do we use cookies or tracking?

SaGa is a mobile app, so we don't use website cookies.

We may use very basic analytics tools (like Firebase Analytics) that collect only anonymous usage data. We do not use any advertising or tracking that tries to follow you or show personalized ads.

We do NOT allow behavioral/targeted advertising in SaGa.

Children’s Privacy (Very Important!)

SaGa is made for kids 6 years and older.

We follow rules that protect children (including COPPA in the United States and similar laws in other countries).

• We never knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• If we ever need to collect something that could identify a child, we will ask for a parent’s permission first.
• Right now, we collect zero personal information that identifies you or your child.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or give your information to other companies for advertising.

We only share anonymous, non-personal data (like “this song is popular in India”) with our trusted analytics partners to improve the app.

We may share information if required by law (very rare).

Your choices

Because we collect almost no personal information, there isn’t much to choose or delete. You can:

• Stop using the app anytime
• Delete the app from your device (this removes all local recordings too)

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy sometimes. We’ll tell you about big changes inside the app.
